Google Chrome 39 Brings Mostly Internal Changes
Google's Chrome web browser reached version 39 on Tuesday in its stable channel for all supported platforms.
Aside from Chrome for Mac now having a 64-bit build, most of the changes for the other platforms were all internal and developer related work. Chrome 39 supports new apps/extension APIs and has a lot of stability and performance changes. The Chrome 39 release also has 42 security fixes for which Google handed out thousands of dollars in rewards.
