Manjaro 0.8.10 Adds Support For Plymouth, SDDM
The Arch-based Manjaro Linux distribution is out with its 0.8.10 update for its flagship Xfce version plus their editions for KDE, Openbox, and minimal "net" environment.
Manjaro 0.8.10 boasts improvements to ints installation framework, better package management and update interface, hardware detection improvements, and more. Manjaro 0.8.10 is powered by the Linux 3.12.20 kernel with Mesa 10.1.4 and ships with NVIDIA 331.79 and Catalyst 14.4 as options. Among the new features are support for the Plymouth boot splash service, support for the SDDM display manager, and a variety of bug-fixes and smaller enhancements.
