Apple M2 On Linux Performance Against AMD Zen 4 Mobile SoCs

In some of the OpenMP-threaded imaging operations with GraphicsMagick the Apple M2 managed to perform quite competitively to the Zen 4 SoCs.

The M2 tended to perform not as well with the dav1d open-source AV1 decoder.

VVenC benchmark with settings of Video Input: Bosphorus 4K, Video Preset: Fast. ROG Ally - Z1 Extreme, Performance was the fastest.
VVenC benchmark with settings of Video Input: Bosphorus 1080p, Video Preset: Fast. ROG Ally - Z1 Extreme, Performance was the fastest.
VVenC benchmark with settings of Video Input: Bosphorus 1080p, Video Preset: Faster. ROG Ally - Z1 Extreme, Performance was the fastest.

The M2 was also much slower for VVenC H.266/VVC video encoding.

x265 benchmark with settings of Video Input: Bosphorus 1080p. ROG Ally - Z1 Extreme, Performance was the fastest.
x265 benchmark with settings of Video Input: Bosphorus 4K. ROG Ally - Z1 Extreme, Performance was the fastest.

As was also the case for x265 video encoding.
