Intel Core i9 10980XE: Windows 10 vs. Linux Performance

The Java tests with OpenJDK on Windows and Linux were interesting. In some of the Java tests the Windows 10 performance was within the mix of Linux distributions benchmarked on the Core i9 10980XE but in other Java workloads the Windows results were not as competitive as with the Linux distributions. Intel's own Clear Linux platform tended to lead among all 12 operating systems in Java performance.
