Has anyone got 8.33.6 working on an Apple Mac Pro with an x1900 card? I've installed the fglrx drivers from Livna on to base Fedora 6 system. With the preferred options in xorg.conf a restart causes the following X crash:

is there any patches for debian

The patches are not distribution-specific, if you patch the firegl_public.c it should work with 8.33. However, the patch in the other thread will work only with 2.6.20-rc4 and earlier RCs, NOT the final 2.6.20 release and this month's release. So if you want 2.6.20 support, don't upgrade this month or wait until a patch has been written (I haven't had the time yet nor I haven't seen any others).Michael Larabel

What PCI ID do you have for your integrated graphics? (lspci)
ATI Radeon Xpress 1200 Series (RS690 791E Generic 791E),
ATI Radeon Xpress 1200 Series (RS690 791F Generic 791F),
Those two should be supported unless AMD has disabled it.Michael Larabel

I tried "modprobe fglrx", it can be installed successfully without any error output. Do you have any idea?
