RadeonSI GLAMOR Benchmarks With X.Org Server 1.16

The results right now indicate some performance changes with the new X.Org Server 1.16 release, but in other tests the performance didn't change a whole lot. Right now it's rather inconclusive but coming in the days ahead I'll be running more 2D benchmarks on more hardware to more closely look for the performance changes.
