A look at Serious Sam 3: BFE with Vulkan. No OpenGL results unfortunately due to some quirky behavior in the game requiring manual intervention when testing Radeon OpenGL.

Lastly with The Talos Principle we see similar OpenGL vs. Vulkan performance with the RX 560 while the RX 580 and R9 Fury were faster with Vulkan.

That's the current state of affairs with Linux 4.13 and Mesa 17.3-dev. While the RADV Vulkan numbers weren't dominating, the RadeonSI vs. RADV state is actually much better than we have seen in some of our past comparisons where the relative OpenGL performance was much faster. Stay tuned for the other aforementioned tests in the days ahead.
