Re-Testing NVIDIA's Threaded OpenGL Optimizations For Linux Gaming

Unlike Portal, Team Fortress 2 saw a very small drop in performance when enabling NVIDIA's OpenGL threaded optimizations.

The Unigine Valley frame-rate was unchanged by the __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS feature but the CPU usage went up from a 12% average to 22%.

Unvanquished saw no major change in performance.
