Benchmarking GCC 4.2 Through GCC 4.8 On AMD & Intel Hardware

For the TTSIOD 3D Renderer, GCC 4.8 will be the fastest compiler release yet on the Intel Core i7 system while the AMD Opteron "Shanghai" system has regressed since GCC 4.6.
