Conclusion:

The ASUS P5N-E SLI motherboard had outperformed the ASRock ConRoe1333-DVI/H in all of the benchmarks though in many of the benchmarks the results were a virtual tie. Even without the performance lead, ASRock has delivered another innovative motherboard that comes with Gigabit networking support, 1333MHz FSB support (when in an overclocking mode), and even DVI graphics with HDCP capabilities. The Linux and Solaris compatibility was also well and better than a number of Intel 965 motherboards we had looked at in the past. The motherboard is currently selling for $80 USD at online retailers and considering its feature set with open-source Intel graphics, this isn't a bad deal for a cheap computer.
