          Likely never? Most of them don't even provide a Windows firmware upgrade utility, but rather rely on USB sticks. I'd love to see fwupd support for my mobos, but at least I can update BIOS without having to rely on a specific OS.

            Not quite the same thing, but I've used it to update the BIOS on a Dell Precision compact desktop machine.
