    ok your logic is very stupid just follow your logic: x86 does not have monopole on 'Macs but apple macs do not have a monopole in the overall market. visa versa check: because apple has no monopole in the overall market apple has no monopole to enforce a monopole this means they can not set any kind of standards not even on macs.

    on the other side x86 has a monopole in the overall market means on windows and linux but not on apple macs but this does not matter at all because apple in the global overall market does not matter at all.

    if apple drop x86 support all the monopole apps from the Wintel cartell will turn into slow shit-show. and their new Wine/Proton based tool to make nearly run all windows and x86 games turn into garbage.

    you claim apple has no reason to keep compatibility to x86 but all these closed source x86 windows games running in Proton on apple macs are in fact a reason.
