You are just being racist towards the citizens of one nation, which I inform you are not all the same, as they are not in any country.
Fucking hate the instant labeling - "you are racist" - the moment you disagree with someone. Grow the fuck up. There are cultural differences between countries and as politically incorrect it is, colored countries usually have some fucking bs going on, be it dictators, widespread corruption or just extreme poverty caused by either. It's just sociopolitical development phase they haven't gotten out of yet. And might never get out of, depending on cultural background. Adult would need to accept it as facts of life.
It happens with white countries as well - just look at some former Soviet puppet states or Russia itself but it's far more rare. And where you have extreme poverty you'll get people who can NOT afford to be passionate about anything but survival. Just stating facts doesn't make you racist even if it runs foul with your innate feeling of political correctness.

Yours, however, is only generalization and generalizations do not take into account the individual, who, due to his nationality or other generalizations, will never be able to be on a par with others.
You can call it discrimination or prejudice if you don't like racism, but the concept doesn't change.

        Accusation of "generalization" followed by
will never be able to be on a par with others.
        Lol

What I told you wasn't generalization but simple observed fact. When people of x country don't have certain cultural attitude against low-level corruption and particular brand of working ethics, said country WILL STAY POOR indefinitely.

Want example, compare Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania against Russia, Belorussia and Ukraine. They started from the same spot back in 1990. First three are Finnic then two Balto-Slavic nations (religion-wise: atheist, Lutheran, Lutheran) who chose fighting the corruption and oriented themselves to West. Last three are pure Slavic (religion-wise: Eastern Orthodox) and continue with widespread corruption, oligarchy and robber-capitalism-kleptocracy style of government. ALL are 100% white and last three are pretty much where they were back in 1990, excepting for their respective capital cities. Read as, "everything not bolted to the ground gets stolen" and everybody from simple peasant to high government official think corruption is just fine fact of life. "You get nice position, you are supposed to fill your pockets and support your relatives too".

ALL are as close to 100% white as can get. You still think race plays huge factor here? Or perhaps it's caused by a) cultural, b) sociopolitical factors?

You are saying that people from a certain country, by culture and bla bla, are not good in a certain sector, like those of other countries where there is another culture and bla bla bla ... I repeat, people represent themselves, not their nationality and not even the culture of a country, because every person is different, so evaluating individuality is the only sensible thing. Because you know nothing about that person ...

Individuals are different, larger groups of individuals of identical origin exhibit rather uniform behavioural tendencies.

For example: I can claim with certainty that all that high-tech stuff Taliban looted after US left is gonna be just junk year or two into future. Including many Western weapons. Because they are culturally rather indifferent towards maintenance ("If Allah wills it, infernal machine will work") as a rule and its cultural baggage. AKM works without maintenance, M4 past certain point, not.
Same with aircraft, vehicles and so forth.

Same patterns apply to everyone. There might be some bright individuals but social mores will define majority.
When majority thinks corruption is acceptable then that country/culture remains poor shithole to live in - because mentality of the very people prevents economic efficiency.

There's are reasons why protestant countries led industrial revolution. And why Islamic nations publish very little in the way of scientific papers..
