It wouldn't be the first time. Anyway, I think he does have something of a point buried in there under the rambling - it is possible for DXVK to potentially perform better in certain situations. But the likelihood of that happening is pretty low. Basically, listen to VikingGe here and keep your expectations low. That way you can only ever be pleasantly surprised later on rather than disappointed.

DXVK and lutris are my two big discoveries of this week. Both are huge game changers in my opinion.
