      the release notes missed a big one, sparse support on Gen12 and newer intel GPUs

        Not to mention the fact that NVK now theoretically supports Vulkan 1.3, though I'm not sure if it's exposed by default yet or not.

              The remaining ones are ether optional for 1.3 support (VK_EXT_texture_compression_astc_hdr, VK_KHR_shader_float16_int8) or were implemented but not marked as such (VK_KHR_shader_subgroup_extended_types, VK_KHR_zero_initialize_workgroup_memory).
