      From that link, it sounds like they only distinguish between actual Intel employees, and external workers hired through 3rd parties.

      On the face of it, that seems completely reasonable, although obviously in practice you can see why it looks pretty bad.

        The building was commissioned back in the ATI days, before AMD bought us. None of the colours really align with vendor colour schemes... they're more like stylized CRT phosphor colours but darkened even more so they didn't look grungy after a couple of days.
