RadeonSI Color Tiling Brings OpenGL Performance Boost

The Prey id Tech 4 first person shooter was able to become much more competitive against the Catalyst Linux driver with the enabling of color tiling.

The Reaction Quake 3 performance hadn't benefited from color tiling on RadeonSI.

Xonotic with low quality settings saw a minimal performance change out of 2D color tiling.
