          AMD does make a lot more unfair practises still with AIBs. 5600XT BIOS was great example of that, AMD was ready to release BIOS increasing frequency of memory chips, but didn't tell AIBs like MSI/Gigabyte/Asus to validate them for such speeds. Meanwhile Sapphire/PowerColor etc. knew about it and released BIOS without any problems.

          Also in times of premiere of 6800/6800XT/6900XT, AMD set MSRP in a way, that AIBs had almost no profit margins even for bottom tier cards. Literally 700$ 3080 was cheaper in most countries at AIBs at launch comparing to 6800XT (650$ card).
