        Wish they would patch Civ5 to work on machines with more than 8 threads. Silly bug.

            There is cross-platform play between linux and windows with CIV6.
            I play witth 2 sons of mine and they have only windows boxes.

              I have no issues with CIV5, Mind you I play on a Lenovo y50-70 with Deb stretch Linux steam.
