    Code architecture is more painful to fix, but that is still fixable.

    High-level design issues oftentimes can't be fixed really ... one needs to redo the whole thing.

    Agree. I use BTRFS (which is great - but not RAID) and use LVM and MDRAID for redundancy.

    Very glad ZFS has added the adding of disks to expand unequally(?), and they fixed the corruption (2.1.5-1ubuntu6~22.04.2) for those of us on LTS.
