Honestly don't care. OEMs bending them over only serves them right for making uninformed purchases, like you'd expect a findom paypig to make their purchases.
Most OEMs I've seen don't give you the option of "no OS". And, on most hardware models, they don't give you an option to select Linux, either. So, no matter whether the OS price is listed separately on the price sheet, if you're forced to buy it (and aren't a Linux user), then you suck it up and pay.
