Does wine staging has all valve wine patches, or this is different beast?

Thank you Wine team, as always.
I am using Wine 8.0 on Debian Stable, because it's so good I no longer need to keep special repository entry for cutting edge Wine. Stable Wine is good enough for daily use.

In this wine staging version in my case main wine desktop window back to work* (in my case seriously affected since wine staging 8.10)

*no more error:

0134:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.

0134:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow L"The explorer process failed to start."

however steam show same error window than regular wine from deb packages, curiously steam works with regular wine compiled using this ./configure --enable-archs=i386,x86_64
