    I was hoping for at least some initial work for supporting HDR modes.
    Currently running Gnome 43 on Wayland and it actually gives me the lowest input latency in both desktop and games compared to all other desktop environments I've tried and also Windows. I also don't experience any performance / stuttering issues. I heard that Gnome 44 does have some XWayland gaming regressions though..

      LOL. Surely this would apply to you first, and my post is just paraphrasing your Geezas? I ask again: what grand commits have you offered in the name of desktop environments, or anything open-source?
