The thing about western people is that they have a passion to hate a historical figure like hitler. Yeah sure, he did bad things. But please keep yoir emotion in check in academic environment.

QT did not ban Russian developers. Russian developers are having problems with the internet because their own government is slowly cutting them off from the rest of the world (even digitally) which is whats causing issues for them to contribute (among others).

QT site opens and there is no blocking. They removed Russian language support and blocked Russian developers. And it happened on March 2nd. But nowhere was it written about. All owners of commercial licenses are especially affected and they cannot download qt. Therefore, our developers have already made a fork.

Don't know where you got your information from but in one of his performance art he was charged for dameging the Central Bank of France - "free" does not mean you can do what you want and put others in danger

Pavlenski was arrested on 14 February 2020 for stabbing two people in a Paris flat during a New Year's Eve party. The police were looking for him since then.^[65]

In November 2020 Pavlensky’s ex-partner Oksana Shalygina released a book and gave an interview to the website Wonderzine. She recounted experiencing severe physical abuse and sexual violence from Pavlensky.^[66]

So for stabbing 2 people and also according to his wife he sexually and physically abused her. I am quite sure that is the reason why he is in prison, and not for attending a rally.
