      These are really nice improvements! GNOME's performance is definitely going to the right direction.
      Does anyone know if Dynamic triple/double buffering ( https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutte..._requests/1441 ) is going to make it for the final 42 release?

        This is going to be the most significant release in many years.

          Yeah!.... Waaait, wasn't the last one most exciting as well?

          On the serious note:
          - still nothing about actually working remote desktop solution with Wayland;
          - not a word about color management.

              From a performance standpoint, the last several releases have been impactful.

              For remote desktop, refer to https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Mutter/RemoteDesktop
              For color management, there are several ongoing PR's including https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wayla...ge_requests/14

                Have you actually tried that? Right now it is not remote desktop, just screen sharing. You cannot connect remotely to your desktop, login and just work.

                  I know, just nothing usable right now.
