Did a ReactOS developer run over your pet or why are you talking sh*t about it?
Given that orders of magnitude more man-years went into Windows it is not surprising that things don't all work yet. And it is actually a smart choice to wait with dogfooding until your product is ready for it. Else you will spend your scarce time fighting the shortcomings instead of making actual progress.
On CLT 2016 I saw that the ReactOS folks had two laptops at their booth where it ran on actual hardware, and it did not crash during the time I observed it (which was more than 10 minutes).
