ReactOS 0.3.17 Now Runs More 16-bit Windows Applications

First of all, the title is misleading.
16-bit Windows Applications is unsupported in 0.3.17 since "Windows on Windows" (WoW) is not implemented.
NTVDM brings 16-bit *DOS* applications support, though there are many missing pieces(unimplemented) functions cause many applications don't work in current NTVDM.

Who is funding these guys? This ReactOS is a complete joke. Shouldn't they be making something more useful? It takes them too long to get basic features into their OS. Amateurs at best.
