Unfortunately it's not obvious what blocker bugs have been fixed in each RC version. They only have a aggregate 9.3 to 10 change log. My desktop's GPU is post Linux 5.6 (the AMDGPU driver branch 10 uses) however so it may end up on an older laptop or a text only VM to play with.
