    the problem with the skinned interface is that it hides the window title bar by setting Qt::FramelessWindowHint in that case, the windowmanager cannot handle the dragging as there is no place under its control, the whole window belongs to the application, so the application has to handle clicks (and drags) within its boundaries
    So yes, it is related to Wayland. The application needs to get ported properly, if it does custom stuff the toolkit doesn't handle.

      switch to a different Desktop Environment and their respective equivalents, and it will work. Doesn't matter if wayland or xorg.
      Dragging URLs or tabs from Firefox to Chromium or vice versa hasn't worked on Plasma 5 either on Wayland nor X11, and it's still not working on Plasma 6.
