F1 2017 Will Be The First Vulkan-Only Linux Game

Seems sensible move for a high end title like this that needs a decent GPU anyway. NOW if we can get RADV performance up another %20+ then we will really be happy campers.

NVidia chose not to provide Vulkan drivers for Fermi (5xx) and earlier series. On Wikipedia or Steam page there is no explicit info saying that game is Vulkan only. I would say it is understandable why some people are surprised.

Oh, that is a problem. But I remember some on that thread complaining about 3D, I imagined it was about those glasses that came a few years ago after the Avatar 3D fever.

There needs to be more games like this for Linux gaming to make a difference.
