Updated and Optimized Ubuntu Free Graphics Drivers

Restored llvm-18 in noble, now it properly builds again.

I have a problem with llvm-18

libgl1-mesa-dri:i386 : Depends: libllvm18:i386
but libllvm18:i386 is incompatible with libllvm18
