    This definitely makes sense then, in that it could potentially make Windows a 1st class Android dev environment.

      you should check out waydroid, thats a cool project, instead of being virtualized like that, android is run in an LXC container. so direct accsess to host gpu and whatnot (vulkan is borked atm due to a bug)
