Best out-of-box performance per dollar: HD7770, RX260x or RX460?

Per comments under video, success is nowhere that much... and perf bump might not be because of unlocked shaders, but PCI-Ex version also bumped by flashing as i see... it is quite possible that those couple percents comes from that instead and happen only on some and likely new machines

There are no reports of artifacting, which would be expected for an unsuccessful unlock.
The users who report that it didn't work say that the screen stays black, which most likely means they used the wrong BIOS.

There may be a performance difference between PCIe 3.0 and 2.0, but that would concern high-end cards more, for low-end one like RX 460 I expect much lower difference than 5-10%. Plus x16 vs x8 tests seem to also suggest that PCIe is limiting only in very special cases.

O ended up buying the RX470 4GB from MSI Twinfrozr, for 200€. Yep, those prices posted on 1st page was fake, but still, I think I made the best deal since my 6600GT back in 2005.
