I know this Multi GPU is oriented to IA, and workstations, BUT Will you BENCHMARK 2x AMD GPU configurations vs single ones in GAMES and other benchmarks to know how well would they scale and, who knows, use it for gaming with future second hand devices when new generations will come for cheap?.
