Turns out putting every media.mediasource options to true, except media.mediasource.mp4 works, kind of. It stutters sometimes, while Chromium is flawless.
Great! Now only porn needs to dump Flash, and it will actually be dead.
EDIT: Damn it, forgot about Twitch... *sigh*

This is sad story.
AMD had problems with their drivers. Blender community complained (rightly so!)
AMD fixed their compiler. Blender community complained.
AMD fiexed blender code. Blender community thx them (rightly so!)
At least we can cross one ticket off the "AMD driver s****" list
