For the Linux-native OpenGL-powered HITMAN Linux game, the Radeon Software packaged driver delivered similar performance on the Radeon VII but fell behind for the other graphics cards. Using Mesa 20.1-devel and/or Linux 5.7 wasn't of much help for this older game. Note that with the packaged driver, the frame times tended to be much higher.

HITMAN 2 meanwhile runs on Linux via Steam Play and is rendered using Vulkan. The Radeon Software Vulkan driver was performing better (or similar) to the various RADV driver configurations except when ACO was enabled there was a greater performance boost.
