    SQLite does not support the INFORMATION_SCHEMA table standard.

      It doesn't support the latest SQL standard either (but I think INFORMATION_SCHEMA is not even standard), but that's not what it's used for.

        I believe it is part of the F021 feature set of the SQL standard. I am not sure however if it is part of the SQL Core standard. It's been part of SQL since SQL-92.
