      Yeah already checked it out but doesn't build cleanly on pre-5.15, so first waiting for 5.15 to become adopted and out there on distros.

        Thanks for this, Michael. Turns out I'm (attempting to) transit from Fedora to CentOS-8-Stream, and am gearing up to port a fairly substantial Qt4 app to Qt5. Not sure how much QtCreator will aid that particular task over Emacs, but I'm usually excited by new Creator features and this 4.12 is no exception. Language Server support looks intriguing. Following the breadcrumbs, Language Server is a Really Neat MicroSoft concept that can only benefit from adoption by another major IDE vendor -- iron out some kinks.
