Again I have to wonder what is going on with LLVM release engineering. 8.0.0 is being released, but the intermediate 7.1.0 with the ABI fix, which was supposed to be released quickly after 7.0.1, is still missing.

Does someone know where the documentation for Clang is? When you go to https://clang.llvm.org you can find a link there, but it's for Clang 9.0. Where is the Clang 7 and Clang 8 documentation?

Also, is there any changelog anywhere for clang-format?
