    I wonder if something similar is possible with my ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS with AMD Ryzen 9 5950X. If I'm using a few cores, they clock higher, but with heavily threaded load all cores reach lower clocks only. It looks to be by design, but I have a beefy cooler which could dissipate a lot more heat. I also have a gut feeling that the mobo could provide more power.
