(OpenMoHAA) Play in many singleplayer missions in Mohaa, Spearhead, and Breakthrough

In the new version you can use maplist in console (TAB) to load singleplayer missions from all three games:

- Medal of Honor Allied Assault
- Spearhead
- Breakthrough.

I checked it today, and many of them are more or less playable. Please report all the bugs, and I hope more programmers join this project.

- m5|1b - the game crashes in one or few locations
- m5|2a - an issue with a tank
- m5|2b - an issue with a tank
- m5|3 - I couldn't complete a last objective at the end because of the bugs

OpenMoHAA only needs a bigger community to be popular. It's more advanced than many other similar projects.
