    Michael, have you tried if it is also charging in a demanding game, like in Cyberpunk where the system consumption is about 22 W? I have just bought the Anker model with Ethernet and audio jack, and it the battery discharges. With TV-out it's even worse. I also tried two others and the result is the same. Tried with the original 45 W charger and one with 65 W from a laptop, it's never charging enough so the battery ultimately goes down.
    When I lower the TDP to 7 W then it's charging, but that's a bad workaround.

      Nvm, I have bought a simple cheap Hama hub (without eth) and it works perfectly with the Deck.

        Nvm again, today I got a SteamOS update to the Deck and with it all 3 hubs now work perfectly. It explicitly stated in the release notes that the compatibility with USB PD devices was improved.
