This is a great system. The old Centos 6 based openvz is rock solid and already had advanced capabilities such as live migration of running servers. But in this new Centos 7 based release they've merged the codebases of the commercial and open source versions, adding features like vzpkg which were formerly only part of the commercial offering.

We've been running the OVZ 7 pre-releases since the alphas, and while there have naturally been some bugs, it has been stable enough to run prod instances of bind, postfix, apache, mysql, dovecot etc for several domains.

We're also looking at lxc & lxd, and running some servers on those as well. These technologies have come a long way, and have been working for us in production as well, but overall, I'd have to give the edge to openvz in terms of overall capabilities and manageability
