A taste of Rick Spencer.

I shifted to Archlinux after feeling that Jono Bacon and others were overly negative to constructive criticism. Also the Ubuntu Projects seemed already on a course and the community had little interaction. I hope that was due to bad culture and new management will reflect differently.
