Looking forward to the Dualshock 4 driver. The Controller works really good over cable and bluetooth with Kernel 3.13 right now. Support for all the other features of the controller will be great

after all this stuff about 3.15 kernel it's a priority it appears on next distros releases on default (above all for ACPI/PM and DRM enhancements).

DS4 works with Linux 3.14 via USB and BT, but you need Bluez 5.14 (or above) to make pairing easy. These patches just clean up some stuff and improve the driver.

        Cheers,
        Simon.

Also, check out ds4drv for features such as mouse + keyboard, x360 controller emulation, led control, and profiles that are switchable on the fly.
