    So is F2FS targeted at cheap flash storage used in routers or smartphones or for SSDs with advanced controllers and MLC/TLC Flash?

      It is meant for flash devices with a flash translation layer, so no raw flash devices, but SSDs, SD-cards, eMMC and similar.
