Async Buffered Reads Support Yielding Promising Results
Linux 5.8 as of a few minutes ago now queued in linux-block.
From what I can see on Jens' git repository those changes are in master, but are not in the for-5.8/block branch, and are therefore not *currently* queued for the 5.8 merge window.
