    Why so much hate for it? Why can't DXVK stay the king for gaming, while WineD3D would be less performant but with a goal to support every app, not only games?
    While DXVK is great for games, many productivity apps simply don't work or are unstable, like Autodesk Fusion360.
    This could be a good idea for DXVK to stay game focused and provide game specific optimizations, while WineD3D could stay universal and reliable.
    That is in a perfect world, if Wine devs can make it usable.
