        Michael kinda interested in seeing a per RC tracking of the new scheduler changes what had wild swings - be interesting to see how that tracks for this kernel

          The scheduler change (and/or fallout from 5-page default; at least those changes come to mind) are showing some big swings in Linux 5.5 performance - https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?pa...ly-Performance

          But haven't had the time/resources to do further tesitng yet.

              That article is the reason I am interested in seeing the progression - I hope your schedule has time for some for a couple of tests!

                    well, I hope then for fewer crashes on my vega - I do vaugely remember seeing at least one crash with similar text - but been rather stable (since we figured out that the transitioning between the lowest power state causes some crash related grief)
