Next time, do a proper research before typing. Systemd was inspired by Apple launchd. OSX which is now MacOS went to the similar painful process

Aside of the fact that Swift is cross-platform, does it really matter what language you're using for your Hello World "software"?
Where else do you expect all the routing and NAT stuff needed for VPN happening? I personally would think that the place where all other routing and NAT stuff goes on is quite a good place for that.
